The Entrepreneurship Ecosystem D3 Model: Construct Matrix with Indicator Summaries
A reference matrix from The Education Collaborative's Entrepreneurship Ecosystem Development project, setting out the constructs of the D3 (Define, Describe, Diagnose) model alongside summaries of the indicators used to measure each. It gives African higher education institutions a structured tool for assessing the enablers, activities, and aspirations that make up their internal entrepreneurship ecosystems.
