A full-time team coordinates programs, partnerships, communications, and day-to-day operations across the whole network, from the central hub in Berekuso.

Rose A. Dodd

Executive Director

As Executive Director of The Education Collaborative, Rose leads a peer-driven network that has engaged over 400 institutions across the continent. She holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MPhil in Development Policy and Practice from the University of Cape Town.

With deep expertise in strategy and stakeholder alignment, she develops scalable models for institutional collaboration and system-wide improvement. Rose is driven by a commitment to social innovation and is shaping the future of African higher education by building the systems, networks, and models that enable institutions to lead transformative change at scale.
