GVV Africa supports organizations to build values-based leadership across the institution. Students can access GVV Africa for Students, a dedicated, self-paced course designed for their learning experience, while faculty and staff can take the GVV Africa Certificate Course to strengthen their ability to navigate ethical challenges and act on their values.

An introduction to the GVV approach — why we all have values, the “Three A’s”, and what it means to take ethical action as a leader. Features an interview with Dr. Patrick Awuah, President of Ashesi University.
02 Enablers & Disablers for Voicing Values
What makes it easier or harder to voice your values? Explore your personal enablers and disablers through Anne’s “Tale of Two Stories” and your first GVV case, The Missed Flight.
03 Reasons & Rationalizations
Recognise normalisation and the reasons and rationalisations that silence us — then learn the four-step process for voicing values, worked through The Deadly Life Insurance case.
04 Alignment
Align your voice through self-knowledge, professional sense of purpose, and audience. Includes an interview with Mansa Nettey, CEO of Standard Chartered Bank, and The Child Bride Rescue case.
05 Voice
Put it into practice — rehearsal, communicating values, and listening — through The Presentation case and an interview with Elikem Tamaklo, MD of Nyaho Medical Centre.
06 Creating Conditions for Others to Voice Their Values
Move from individual voice to culture — building accountability and empowering others to speak up, with culture-change stories from Nyaho Medical Centre and Standard Chartered.
