01. Careers and Employability
A degree should open doors. Member institutions give every student the skills, knowledge, and support to move smoothly into a good career, a venture, or graduate school.
Systems Change Program
Redesigns the core systems driving employability on a campus. Kepler College and Strathmore University play leading roles, supporting institutions through to implementation.
Career Strategy Workshop
Teams benchmark their career services and leave with a practical roadmap for improvement.

02. Ethics & Leadership
Skills help graduates find work; character shapes what they build with it. Member institutions sustain a culture of ethical action, empathy, teamwork, and leadership.
Giving Voice to Values Africa
A widely used, values-driven leadership curriculum, adapted for Africa — helping educators teach students not just what is right, but how to act on it.
Honor Code Development
A step-by-step pathway for establishing campus honor codes, built on Ashesi’s model.
Communities of Practice
Ethics and leadership educators meet across the network to compare approaches, results, and the real challenges of building values-driven campuses.
03. Entrepreneurship & Innovation
Many of Africa’s graduates will create their own jobs — and jobs for others. Member institutions build the systems that turn students’ creative thinking into working ventures.

A facilitated workshop for leaders building or growing business incubation hubs.

Everything the network aims for runs through faculty. Member institutions build capacity through training, teaching innovation, and shared research across disciplines.
Pedagogy for Large Classes
